On-line Paper Submission

Paper Submission Process: To submit papers, visit http://edas.info/index.php and submit a paper for the conference labeled WTS 2010 (you will need to create a new account, if you do not have one already). Submitted papers should not exceed 5000 words, including an abstract (less than 200 words). To facilitate the blind review process, authors' names and affiliation should not be listed in the papers submitted for initial review.

All manuscripts should be submitted in PDF or MS Word format adhering to the guidelines described in the following downloadable file: samplems.pdf

Poster papers should be submitted directly to Dr. Thomas Ketseoglou at tketseoglou@csupomona.edu: The following information is necessary when submitting a poster paper: (1) the title of the paper, (2) the names and affiliations of the authors; and (3) an abstract. Only the abstract of an accepted poster paper will be published in the conference proceedings.

Review Process: All submissions will be refereed blindly. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, overall quality of the paper.

Publication Process: At least one listed author on the final paper must register for and attend WTS 2010 to present the paper and have it published in the Conference Proceedings.

Authors of accepted papers will be asked to submit a final copy of the paper following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Document for IEEE Xplore®. Directions and templates are available at http://www.ieee.org/portal /pages/pubs/confpubcenter /index.html#a1.

All accepted and published authors will also need to complete and send an IEEE Copyright Form to Benjamin Khoo, WTS 2010 Program Committee Co-Chair, at kkhoo@nyit.edu. The IEEE Copyright Form is available at http://www.ieee.org/web /publications/rights/copyrightmain.html.

Some selected high quality papers from WTS 2010 will be considered for publication in a special issue of the International Journal of Interdisciplinary Telecommunications & Networking, IGI Global publisher, pending their successful extension and an expedited review process.
